At Cotandcandy, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help you. Here, we will try to explain how our store’s warranty policy works!

What Products are Provided with the Warranty?

All the products on CotandCandy come with a 6 months manufacturing warranty. As a retailer we warrant these components to you, the original retail purchaser, to be free from material and manufacturing defects. The warranty stands only on successful installation and usage as per the specified guidelines for the products.

  • Repair & Refurbishing

    Our store will reimburse, within 6 months from the date of purchase, reasonable and conditional labour rates for refurbishing or replacing the defective parts and shipping costs. Post the 6 months warranty period, all replacement and refurbishing of product or accessories as well as shipping cost of the same are chargeable. The warranties are not applicable for any of our products which have been altered by any person, dealer, or company without the express written authorization of our store. To claim warranty, repair/ refurbishing cost, drop us an e-mail at support@cotandcandy.com for approval. Only prior approved request will be reimbursed as per the policy on providing valid receipts.

Where to Apply for Warranty Services?

Under these Limited Warranties, all of the legal liability of our store is limited to repair, or if required (or requested by the customer), replacement. We will reimburse, within a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, reasonable and customary labour rates to repair or replace the defective parts and shipping costs from the retailer.

In case of return, Please raise a return request with us within 10 days from date of delivery. The order should be returned in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies along with the original receipt for a refund. Please note ,if in case any Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, Cotandcandy shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.

If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.

Replacement and Return

Filing a change or a return is an easy process. Please drop us an email providing proof of Purchase (Purchase invoice/Receipt) along with reason for return. Once the return is approved from our end, you should pack the product and ship it back to us in original packaging along with tracking details for the returned order on mail. The refund process will be initiated only once we have received the product back at our warehouse .Quality checks and verifications of the returned product will be done at our end. The mode of refund may depend on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order.
